I had a conversation with my father yesterday, and we got to a subject we should have had long ago.
Every person should have goals in life if he wants to have a meaningful life. I life without meaning (or direction) is an empty life.
The answer is the hardest yet fulfilling.
We live in the age of depression, anxiety, and frustration. I have no person in my family who is truly happy, nor a friend. My friends and I are young and still a work in progress, but even so, something is missing. We never seem to get enough. For a while, I used to be happy with my life. Then I met people. In my shell, I saw only the beauty of life: I was healthy, and I had enough money to take care of myself. I was alone, though, but I didn't care.
The Fitness Industry has shown fit people with a six-pack in commercials. We associated fitness with people with a six-pack, and if we don't have it, we're not fit. Having a six-pack is not easy, because you need to pay close attention to what you consume and how much. It is easy when you're living alone and isolated.
